Crystalline pink in the glass, lively aromas of watermelon, Mandarin orange, white strawberries, lime blossoms, and salinity are all carried by a fresh and unctuous underbelly of minerality. The palate is soothing and subtle, with expressive notes of Spring berries and high-toned citrus that cascade effortlessly into a fresh mouthful of brilliant acidity and tension-riddled fruit. The finish is clean and vibrant, with persistent notes of wet stone and white peach that linger through to the next sip.
