2021 Estate Blend

A right-bank Bordeaux-inspired blend grown on the rolling hills of our Coombsville estate. Heavy notes of black cherries, creme de cassis, espresso, Mission figs, boysenberry pie, wildflowers, and tobacco evolve effortlessly with time in the glass, while a succulent and rich palate of dark red and black berries, crushed stones, and savory spices provides layered depth of fruit with exceptional concentration. The tension-filled finish is long and powerful, framed by lovely acidity and mineral-driven tannins that highlight the cool climate identity of this appellation. Though each variety can easily stand on its own, this wine is a wonderful example of a blend that epitomizes how the whole can be greater than the sum of its parts.

2021 Chardonnay

Grown on the rolling hills in the heart of the Coombsville appellation, this estate Chardonnay exemplifies the crystalline nature of the varietal born in a cool-climate landscape. Expressive aromas of candied lemons, orange blossoms, poached pear, marshmallow, orchard fruits, and sea spray lead into a succulent palate of preserved lemons, custard, nougat, and spiced vanilla that continues to expand and evolve with time in the glass. An energetic mid-palate is lifted by a crunchy veil of mineral-laced acidity, backed by a mouthwatering finish that persists on the palate with absolute precision and harmonious purity.
